Any claim made by client under this offer must be made prior to Handover. Any claims made after the house has been handed over will not be accepted.
All claims must be in writing, and clearly explain why the client believes we have not complied with the terms of this offer.
Service: Client must be able to clearly demonstrate where we have not complied with the Customer Excellence Charter
Product: If there is a specific component of the home the client is not satisfied with, Preferred Homes will engage a licensed third party inspector to review. If Preferred Homes cannot get the issue to the inspector’s satisfaction, we will pay the client $5,000.
Time Frame: Should the client be responsible for any delay with construction, an EOT will be claimed under the terms in the New Home Building Contract.
